Cancellation Policy
Please note that deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule or cancel an appointment, kindly provide at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled time. This allows for the deposit to be transferred to an alternative service or date. Failure to adhere will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If a deposit was not placed for a service cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (e.g. a lash extension fill) 30% of the service fee must be paid before rescheduling. Our policy regarding "no-call, no-shows" entails that any client who does not show up for their appointment and does not contact TGL Artistry will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment fee, in addition to the forfeiture of the deposit, before scheduling a new appointment. This fee is to be settled before rescheduling to ensure future bookings.
